Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and select your preferred resolution.
Package Your Treasures
Securely place your jewelry in its original Disney-themed gift box and pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton along with all original documentation and the RMA slip.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our gemologists verify the item's condition at our fulfillment center, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
